Strictly For Kids Mainstream Explorer 1 Preschool Corner Wave Loft with Blue Carpeting, Steps on Left. This exciting loft is an elegant, dramatic addition to the learning environment. The design supports a full dramatic play set, computer table, science area or other activity center below and a quiet, soft, reading area above. The upper level includes a solid Birch panel on the left end, a Birch panel with a built in book display and a mirrored Birch panel on the back. The front includes Steps with 1-solid Birch panel with a lower handrail and 1-Birch panel with Lexan windows. The upper front includes 1-extra wide window panel with shutters. The right end includes an upper bubble panel with a shutter ring around the perimeter. The lower level is open to allow for maximum visibility while extending the activity area. Both the shutter & the shutter style ring include #4806 Illawarra Brush (red) laminate. (Contact us for a custom laminate color). Very rugged construction of solid maple, Baltic Birch plywood, clear unbreakable Lexan Windows, 3-Coats of marine grade finish and blue carpeting on the deck and steps. It is designed for placement in the back/left corner of a room, with excellent visibility throughout. Measures 7'3'' wide x 9' deep x 94'' high, 52''h platform, 49''h head clearance. Assembles easily within approximately 60 to 90 minutes. Includes 1-Allen wrench, 1-Allen bit, LocTite and hardware. Required tools include 1-cordless drill (optional), 1-standard screwdriver, 1-ratchet with a 7/16'' socket, and 1-Crescent wrench. Lifetime Warranty.
