Shipping Rates and PoliciesMost of our products shipped will be using UPS Ground as a default shipper. All of our shipping cost are computed shipping cost based on size, weight and destination. Some of our suppliers ship using other freight or shiping providers that we have no control over. The time it takes to ship our products completely depends on which items are ordered. Most of our school supplies and games are held in stock and will go out within one working day. Our furniture and custom made items may take quite a bit longer. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions as to the time it will take to ship any particular items if you have any concerns at 800-952-5993.
Return PolicyWe will arrange for replacement or repair for any damaged product that occurs during shipping as long as we are notified by email within three days of shipment arrival. We do not offer refunds or returns for any products that are ordered as we can't return them to our suppliers.
