The Strictly for Kids Warranty Program

Strictly for Kids places a lifetime warranty on their manufactured furniture, or a 15 year warranty on all playground equipment.

This warranty covers all wood components, hardware, and Lexan plastic. This warranty does cover abuse, misuse & normal wear & tear by the children. The exceptions to this warranty are laminates (Wilsonart, etc.), plastic liners, tubs, dishpans and base plates and vinyl/foam products, which are not under warranty. Portable Sink pumps, heaters and faucets carry a 1- year warranty. Solid surface materials (Staron, Gibraltar, Corian,

etc.) carry a 10 year limited warranty.

We take great pride in offering our customers a line of furniture on the cutting edge of the industry.  This is by far the sturdiest furniture on the market. Our lifetime warranty covers breakage and manufacturing defects as long as you own any For Kidz Only manufactured products. Our warranty does cover breakage due to normal wear and tear, as well as abuse and misuse, if it occurs during normal use by children in the manner for which it was intended.  We take many extra steps during the manufacturing of all our products to ensure they will endure even the most rugged use & children's abuse at child care centers and schools. The Strictly for Kids warranty does not cover products damaged

by freight carriers, acts of God, or unusual abuse (i.e. dropping products from the back of a truck, down stairs, etc.). Furthermore, this furniture is designed for use indoors. While we use extremely high quality materials & marine grade finishes, we do not warranty our products if they are used outside and/or exposed to various weather elements. The warranty excludes scratches, scuffs, dings or dents. Our toll free user support line will gladly provide you with information and recommendations for these minor repairs.

If a part breaks, call our toll free user support line, and we will send you a replacement

part free of charge. If you wish to have us repair the furniture, we will do so at no charge (or replace at our discretion). The customer is required to pay any shipping charges to ship the furniture back to our shop, plus charges for return shipment of the repaired or replaced item. If you are shipping furniture to us for repair, you must obtain authorization from us prior to shipping to discuss packaging details and carrier information. Strictly for Kids will pass on our freight discounts to you whenever possible.

We can guarantee our products are far superior to any others on the market. If our furniture goes out to bid as "For Kidz Only or Equal," there is no equal!
